Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Channel Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage our channel partner relationships, fostering growth and collaboration to expand market reach and drive business success.
Responsibilities
Execute Regional Enterprise Strategy : Execute predefined regional channel strategies tailored to the SME market, driving alignment with CelcomDigi’s Northern Region business and revenue goals.
Cluster Expansion & Network Growth : Identify, evaluate, and onboard new enterprise dealers within the assigned Sungai Petani, Kulim, and adjacent clusters.
Core Product Portfolio Driving: Focus dealer mindshare on accelerating sales of core enterprise solutions: Mobile Postpaid, Fibre, and Fixed Wireless Access.
Partner Enablement & Capability Building : Maintain robust relationships with channel partners, equipping them with B2B product knowledge, technical training, and corporate solution resources to maximize performance.
Performance & Pipeline Management : Actively monitor, analyse, and report on dealer performance and sales pipelines against localized monthly and quarterly enterprise targets.
Targeted On-Ground Activations: Plan and execute localized sales activities, SME roadshows and canvassing to boost brand presence and sales acquisitions.
Governance & Compliance : Ensure all dealer operations and market activities strictly comply with CelcomDigi’s corporate policies, contractual obligations, and ethical governance standards.
Requirements
Proven B2B/Channel Experience : Solid experience in channel management, dealer/partner relationship management, or corporate sales, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
Product Knowledge : Familiarity with telecom connectivity solutions, specifically Mobile Postpaid, Fixed Fibre, and Wireless Broadband architectures for business usage.
Geographical Familiarity : Strong market insight into the Northern Region, particularly the business and industrial landscapes of Sungai Petani and Kulim.
On-Ground Execution Excellence : Strong competency in leading hands-on, localized B2B sales activations, SME area targeting, and commercial promotions.
Autonomy & Agility : Ability to operate independently within your assigned clusters while maintaining tight alignment with regional leadership.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented : Sharp attention to detail with the ability to track dealer performance metrics, manage quotas, and prioritize market opportunities effectively.
