Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Channel Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage our channel partner relationships, fostering growth and collaboration to expand market reach and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to broaden the company’s distribution network and enhance market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support channel partners with resources, training, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor channel performance through key metrics, analyze market trends, and recommend adjustments to improve channel effectiveness.
  • Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any challenges promptly.
  • Plan and coordinate channel marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and ethical standards across all channel activities.

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in channel management, partner relationship management, or relevant roles within sales and business development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and channel management software is advantageous.
  • A strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth.
