Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators to drive sustainable market share and revenue growth across Public Sector, Corporate, SME, and Indirect segments.
- Lead and execute the enterprise direct sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market positioning.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to consistently meet or exceed regional revenue and growth objectives.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team, fostering a results-driven and accountable culture.
- Define and drive effective sales strategies, supported by clear execution plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Establish and oversee Account Management Plans to deepen customer understanding, strengthen relationships, and unlock new business opportunities.
- Drive customer retention and growth initiatives to maximize lifetime value and expand revenue within existing accounts.
- Track, review, and coach team performance to ensure achievement of KPIs, revenue targets, EBITDA, and profitability goals.
- Leverage competitive intelligence and market insights to anticipate competitor moves, strengthen value propositions, and secure key accounts..
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, with significant exposure to direct sales within enterprise segments.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise sales functions, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Strong understanding of the Region market, including enterprise customer segments, industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in building, managing, and scaling high-performing direct sales teams.
- Ability to define and execute strategic sales plans, including pipeline development, key account management, and revenue forecasting.
- Experienced in driving complex, high-value deal cycles and managing C-level stakeholder relationships.
- Results-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen and a track record in enterprise business development and market expansion.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal leadership and external enterprise clients.
