Enterprise Business - Senior Delivery Specialist (Sarawak) (Contract)
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and team members.
- Facilitate communication to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on delivery.
- Proactively address project challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
Resource Coordination
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure deliverables meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
Innovation and Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve project execution efficiency.
Job Requirements
- This position is offered on a 1-year contract basis.
- Must be a Sarawakian.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Possess a recognized Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing and delivering technical rollout projects for connectivity solutions, including RAN, Microwave, Fiber, and Sub-6 technologies.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience coordinating and managing vendors, contractors, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, large-scale projects, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications network deployment processes, implementation methodologies, and operational requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven with a strong commitment to delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive project execution effectively.
