Job Description

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing sales executives and overseeing channel expansion and sales strategies in designated areas. The role includes planning, executing, and monitoring sales activities to achieve set targets and exploring new market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor Sales Executives to maximize performance and potential.
  • Plan and execute overall channel expansion strategies.
  • Develop quarterly tactical sales programs to meet targets.
  • Monitor dealer performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Observe and report on competitor activities.
  • Ensure company presence is visible and consistent across channels.
  • Troubleshoot dealer and frontline system/product related queries.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Dealer/Distribution/Telco Operations
  • Experience in Marketing / Business Administration in FMCG Industries
  • Must Possess Own Transport with Valid Licenses
  • Diploma / Degree in a relevant field
