BUDGET & OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST
Job Description
We are seeking a commercially and analytically strong professional, expert in AI and automation tools, to join our Sales Performance team. This high-impact role drives measurable P&L results by improving profitability, optimizing costs, and strengthening commercial governance, while enabling growth and faster speed-to-market. Responsibilities
Efficiency and Governance
- Support Sales & Retail cost optimization framework, setting strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
- Establish and monitor Efficiency Scorecard focused on the realization of cost-efficiency initiatives, measuring actual vs planned savings, reallocation to growth and impact on profitability
Channel and Store Profitability
- Establish and maintain a profitability framework, identify under-performing channel or store and lead cross-channel collaboration to optimize resource allocation
- Diagnose structural margin and productivity gaps, and lead cross functional initiatives to capture value
Transformation and Structural Improvement
- Redesign and optimize commercial framework, including incentives and commissions, cost structures, to enhance ROI and profitability
- Drive strategic initiatives and governance by identifying synergies, developing business cases, and support leadership in making data-backed commercial decision
- Lead workshop and presentation to ensure alignment with business priorities
Tactical Program Review and Intelligence
- Conduct post-mortem reviews of tactical programs to enhance future execution effectiveness
- Design and build automated dashboards and intelligent reporting tools to enhance visibility and reduce manual processes
- Drive integration of automation and AI solutions to streamline processes, and enable real time, data driven insights through smart dashboards and performance trackers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Data Analytics or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business planning, channel analytics, business transformation (preferably in Telco, FMCG or consulting) with demonstrable hands-on execution and leadership in initiatives
- Proficient in big data analytics, automation and AI tools, data visualization (e.g. power BI, Tableau, SQL) and their application to business and operational performance
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate insight into action. Excellent strategic thinking skills, with proven track record of driving business growth, channel profitability and commercial initiatives
