CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT & PROGRAMS SPECIALIST
Job Description
Join us as a Channel Performance & Incentive Specialist if you are passionate about driving sales performance, enhancing channel effectiveness, and building impactful strategies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing channel scorecard, programs, touchpoint sustainability and partners income model that motivate the partners and support the achievement of company Postpaid & Fiber targets.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to harmonize channel strategies, improve operational frameworks, and ensure alignment with Company business objectives. Your role will also focus on analysing channel performance trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and enhancing channel platforms and partner engagement through data-driven and customer-centric solutions. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively across teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and drive effective channel scorecard, programs, touchpoint sustainability initiatives, and partner income models to steer the channel towards achieving company Postpaid & Fiber performance targets.
- Monitor, review, analyse, and design channel frameworks, scorecards, sustainability models, and partner income structures that keep the salesforce motivated, competitive, and aligned with industry standards.
- Analyse channel performance trends and recommend strategic improvements to enhance sales productivity, touchpoint sustainability and overall channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders, including Product, Service Development, and Operations teams, to support model transitions, service improvements, and harmonization of channel strategies.
- Review SOPs, operational frameworks, and existing ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Continuously enhance channel platforms and personalize solutions to support sales objectives, improve partner engagement, strengthen sustainable business growth, and drive better customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring effective execution across channel operations and partner ecosystem management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in working experience in Business Model / Sales Management / Planning / Performance Management, preferably working in a Planning role in a medium to large business setting. Experience in channel model will be added bonus but not necessary a requirement
- Able to resolve conflict and connect various stakeholders/ departments together to produce synergized effective outcomes. Having skills in project management is added bonus.
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging communication materials and reports for both internal and external Management team and key stakeholders.
- Creative, detailed and result oriented, self-motivated working under minimal supervision, ability to handle multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, demonstrated composure under stress and in times of uncertainty.
