Job Description

In this role at CelcomDigi, you will be responsible to identify the business opportunities through data analytics, plan, conceptualise and run sales campaigns to capitalise on the opportunities to drive the company agenda. 

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the activities in the channel that drives the company’s Prepaid Gross Activation, where you will look at development and planning of income model, campaigns and activities, that is broadly clustered into core incentive, performance incentives, and consistency rewards, as well as tactical, regional, and on-ground activities. These activities will span the scope of the company’s wide array of products, though primarily driven by Prepaid, will also include Postpaid, Fibre, and/or Convergence Products.
  • This role will challenge you to see the channel in new light, and will be expected to provide the best tools, be it products or campaigns, to the Region Sales teams, in view of delivering excellence-in-execution in-market, always, together.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and activities in a cohesive, organised, and well-orchestrated manner, including but not limited to, budgets, planning, processes, deliverable, collaterals, and communications, as well as all necessary coordination and engagements with multiple stakeholders within the company, including but not limited to, marketing, product, sales, distribution, dealer management, operations, performance management, legal, system & IT, corporate communications, and finance.
  • You will be required to engage with wide range of stakeholders, specifically Regional Sales teams, and as such will require a significant commitment of time and engagement with those teams in order to drive stretched commercial outcomes together, including on-ground support, providing ad-hoc commercial support, approvals, and coordinated planning. 

Requirements

  • A strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree in fields related to commerce (including but not limited to economics, marketing, accounting, business) and/or finance.
  • Solid data analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data. (MS Excel, SAP, Power BI).
  • A strong and effective communicator, be it formal or informal, as the role will demand coordination across multiple sets and levels of stakeholders, as such requiring clear, effective, and unambiguous communications.
  • Capable of working as an individually contributor or with teams for assignments, with track record of strong and consistent performance in delivering stretch business objectives.
  • Demonstrated the ability to work well with others, be it working with teams, or servant leadership and influential leadership, intra-functionally, and/or cross-functionally.
  • Ability and willingness to lead and present to audiences of senior commercial backgrounds, through data analytics, information visualization, and effective presentation.
