Job Description
The Channel Development & Program Specialist is accountable for planning, executing, and tracking campaigns that enable channels to achieve Postpaid and Fiber sales targets across both online and offline activities. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen product, service, and operational strategies, ultimately driving performance and meeting business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and drive effective programs, incentives, and scorecards to steer the channel towards achieving company performance targets.
- Analyse channel performance and design incentive frameworks that keep the salesforce motivated, competitive, and aligned with industry standards. Set clear performance objectives and update them as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders (product, service development, and operations) to support model transitions and harmonize channel strategies.
- Review SOPs and frameworks, recommending improvements to streamline ways of working and ensure alignment with CelcomDigi’s goals.
- Continuously enhance channel platforms and personalize solutions to drive sales objectives and improve partner engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Management, Planning, or Performance Management, preferably in a medium to large business environment. Experience in incentive management is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various systems, generate insights, and prepare reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Skilled at conflict resolution and capable of connecting diverse stakeholders and departments to deliver synergized, effective outcomes. Project management experience is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and impactful reports and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision, manage multiple projects, and deliver within tight deadlines. Demonstrates resilience and composure under stress and uncertainty.
