Channel Development Specialist (Incentive & Program)
Job Description
This position is integral to our sales growth strategy, requiring a skilled specialist to design, administer, and refine channel incentive programs and comprehensive performance scorecards. The successful candidate will ensure these initiatives drive outstanding Postpaid and Fiber sales results while maintaining alignment with our overarching corporate objectives and staying competitive within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance incentive programs and scorecards that effectively boost channel partner engagement and sales performance in the Postpaid and Fiber sectors.
- Conduct rigorous monitoring and analysis of existing incentive structures and sales performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to revamp programs and align with evolving company goals and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and service management, to ensure seamless integration of channel models and incentive schemes.
- Review, update, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and frameworks related to channel incentives, striving for operational excellence and harmonisation with CelcomDigi’s strategic ambitions.
- Identify opportunities to personalise channel platforms and incentive solutions that resonate with sales teams and drive sustained motivation and commitment.
- Lead initiatives to harmonise multiple channel incentives across various business units, ensuring consistency and maximising overall sales impact.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, clearly communicating program outcomes, sales trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage concurrent projects effectively, ensuring timely execution and adaptability amidst changing business priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in business modelling, sales management, planning, or performance management, ideally within medium to large-scale organisations.
- Experience or familiarity with channel sales models is advantageous but not mandatory; a strong aptitude for understanding and optimising multi-channel sales frameworks is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments, facilitating cohesive and effective outcomes.
- Project management skills are beneficial, reflecting a capacity to oversee complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling and insightful presentations and reports tailored to various audiences.
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision, while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy and results.
- Demonstrated resilience and composure in high-pressure situations, adapting effectively to uncertainty and evolving business landscapes.
