Channel Performance Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven, commercially minded professional to accelerate the performance of our indirect channels through actionable insights, business modelling, and strategic recommendations. This high-visibility role partners closely with sales leadership to shape channel strategy, optimise partner performance, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end channel performance diagnosis, identifying growth blockers and opportunities across distributors and clusters.
- Build executive-ready dashboards and performance packs that simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analytics on sell-in, sell-through, activation, and promotions to guide strategic decisions and resource prioritisation.
- Translate findings into evidence-backed recommendations for sales, trade, and distribution leaders.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability across DMS and POS systems to enable accurate, actionable reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including dashboard automation, workflow optimisation, and digital enablement projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insights, channel strategy, or sales performance management with a track record of influencing decisions (background in Telecommunications / FMCG / Retail / Market Research is a bonus).
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategic narratives.
- Experienced in funnel-based diagnosis (sell-in, inventory, sell-through, activation) and root-cause analysis.
- Demonstrated analytical rigor in forecasting, opportunity sizing, performance modelling, and scenario evaluation.
- Skilled in handling unstructured datasets and building automated dashboards using Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven experience driving process improvements, digital enablement, or data-driven transformation initiatives.
