Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Compliance to drive initiatives to automate Cyber Security compliance processes and reporting, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy within the organization. This pivotal role oversees the systematic use of security technology to streamline, monitor, and enforce adherence to regulatory standards, security frameworks, and industry requirements without manual intervention. 

 

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Compliance, Security controls frameworks and practices.

  • Strong background in Compliance, relating to Technology, Cyber Security, Data, Third-Party, Resilience, Operations
  • Knowledge on automation, AI and machine learning is a must.
  • Create and optimize scripts using Python or PowerShell to automate assessment tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in cybersecurity.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting on assessment findings and improvements.
  • Experience with Audit would be beneficial 

Responsibilities

  1. Establish and manage AI-enabled monitoring solutions to continuously assess and ensure alignment of the organization’s cybersecurity posture with applicable compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
  2. Identify opportunities for automation across compliance and security operations, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and streamline workflows.
  3. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards incorporating AI-driven insights, real-time alerts, threat monitoring, and system health metrics to provide comprehensive visibility into the organization’s cybersecurity posture.
  4. Implement AI-based solutions to generate automated compliance reports by analyzing system logs, security events, and incident response activities, ensuring readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.
  5. Consolidate and normalize data from multiple sources—including SIEM, EDR, cloud platforms, threat intelligence feeds, and vulnerability management tools—into unified dashboards for holistic monitoring and analysis.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer/IT, AI, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, AI, or data analytics roles, with specific experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
  3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL for data manipulation and dashboard integration.
  4. Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards using tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, Grafana, Kibana, or custom web-based solutions (e.g., React, D3.js).
  5. Understanding of machine learning models and their application in cybersecurity for threat detection and anomaly identification.
  6. Experience with integrating security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) into visualizations will be an advantage.
  7. Experience in building or managing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems and integrating them with dashboards will be an advantage.
