End To End Testing Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Testing Specialist to oversee the end-to-end test data management, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance processes across our platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise in test data preparation, configuration, and defect troubleshooting, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive quality outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Test Data Management & Configuration

• Lead a team of test data engineers responsible for data preparation across testing environments.
• Manage test data requirements across Northbound and Southbound systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder needs.
• Handle configuration and troubleshooting of test data, stores, and user setups (NBC platform).
• Oversee data preparation activities for roaming and CSG tool integrations.
• Collaborate with platform teams to identify and resolve data-related defects impacting testing efforts.
• Able to check logs and troubleshooting to identify issue

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Northbound and Southbound stakeholders related to test data and configuration.
• Align testing and data activities with overall business objectives and project timelines.
• Work closely with project managers and platform SMEs to integrate test planning into program schedules.

Quality Oversight & Tooling

• Manage defect triage across platforms, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure optimal usage of tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Quality Centre for defect tracking, test management, and reporting.
• Provide a consolidated end-to-end testing view across multiple programs to identify blockers and recurring quality issues.
• Collaborate with the test automation team to identify and define processes and test cases suitable for automation.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead and mentor a hybrid team of external QA resources.
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure team members are adequately skilled and receive relevant training and support.
• Drive initiatives to improve QA processes, efficiency, and effectiveness across the testing lifecycle.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Proven experience in test data management, QA leadership, and cross-platform testing coordination.
• Strong understanding of Northbound/Southbound architectures, data flow, and stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, Quality Center, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially related to defect identification and root cause analysis.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and manage external vendor resources.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
• Experience QA testing in software development team 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Certification (Foundation or higher).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Having telecommunication understanding experience
