Job Description

If you are passionate about events, sales activations, partnerships, and creating impactful on-ground customer experiences, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing nationwide ground sales activities, roadshows, events, and partnership initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. This role requires a highly accountable, proactive, and hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, conceptualize, and oversee end-to-end execution of nationwide events, mall roadshows, on-ground activations, and partnership initiatives together with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate and align closely with regional teams on sales roadshows and ground activation plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders including Sales, Regional Teams, Trade Marketing, VM Planning, Agencies, and Vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure all branding and event executions comply with company guidelines and Corporate Identity standards.
  • Prepare and conduct event/roadshow operational briefings with internal teams, promoters, agencies, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress proactively and escalate operational risks/issues together with mitigation plans in a timely manner.
  • Manage event setup assets, inventory, logistics, and operational readiness for nationwide support.
  • Develop post-event analysis and reports to evaluate event effectiveness, operational improvements, and business impact.
  • Proactively recommend new ideas, activation concepts, engagement mechanics, and process improvements to enhance event execution and customer experience.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal operational and financial processes.
  • Support and contribute positively to team collaboration, department initiatives, and overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in event management, roadshows, activations, partnerships, or related industries.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing large-scale events, nationwide activations, or multi-stakeholder projects is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and project coordination/reporting tools.
  • Experience in telecommunications, retail, FMCG, or agency environment will be an added advantage.
