Job Description
You are responsible for managing and executing the company's assigned KPIs and goals for Resource Management and New Business Model. This includes developing and formulating strategic/tactical plans and building market share by identifying new business opportunities to achieve the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute company's assigned KPI and goals for Resource Management and New Business Model.
- Develop and formulate strategic/tactical plans to build market share by identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and grow business relationships with assigned accounts to achieve set targets and goals.
- Work seamlessly with all levels of management in any projects or programs.
- Relentlessly drive and seek every potential and opportunities to achieve the company's set target.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years in related industry with preference for multi-industry knowledge and experience.
- Having managed a network of Dealers who deals with FMCG segment.
- Exposed to cross-functional roles in Sales
- Marketing
- Product Development
- and Business Operations.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Business Management
- Marketing or Finance
- Master of Business Administration.
