Job Description
The Senior, Performance Management and Insights is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. This role involves providing insights into business performance, identifying risks/gaps, and proposing mitigation strategies. The individual will ensure databases and analysis work are reliable and support the creation of performance dashboards and evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and monitor Daily, Weekly and Monthly business performance.
- Provide insights of business performance and escalate potential risks/gaps.
- Establish criteria for performance evaluation independently.
- Assess potential risks and opportunities and propose mitigation for business owners consideration.
- Ensure databases and analysis work are reliable, timely and accurate.
- Support and deliver performance dashboard and evaluation by management.
- Translate revenues, costs, profitability etc., into actions for business owners.
- Partner with stakeholders on strategic projects to advise project teams in performance request.
Requirements
- Recognized degree in Commerce/Statistic/Finance or equivalent.
- 4-8 years experience in business performance management, business strategy or project management.
- Analytical with good business/commercial acumen.
- Sound commercial planning, business modeling and project management capabilities is required.
- Business intelligence exposure and knowledge in scripting and SQL will be an added advantage.
- Extremely agile, proactive and self-motivated with constant can-do attitude.
- A good manager with great skills and talents for managing, driving and guiding Marketing team members to achieve business ambitions and deliver quality business outcomes.
- Strong in commercial and strategic acumen with good understanding of performance and insights of key business decision.
- Resourceful in managing sources of information (business intelligence, data management and integration).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion, hands-on deliverer on quality results in fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and regional teams and obtain buy-in.
