SENIOR SPECIALIST - FUTURE RETAIL & INNOVATION

About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and innovative professional to drive future retail strategies, channel innovation and growth initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping next-generation retail experiences, identifying new growth opportunities and supporting the evolution of our retail channels to meet changing customer expectations.
The role will also drive the innovation and growth agenda of The Life Store as a platform for future retail concepts and customer experience transformation.
Responsibilities
- Drive future retail and channel innovation initiatives to support business growth.
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs and market opportunities to shape future retail strategies.
- Develop and evaluate new retail concepts, partnerships and customer experience initiatives.
- Lead strategic projects and pilot programs to test and scale innovative retail solutions.
- Drive growth and innovation initiatives for The Life Store.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations and leadership presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate transformation and strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy or related disciplines.
- 3–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, retail, commercial planning, business development or transformation roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
