Senior, Technology Finance & Analytics (Data Analytics)
Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic finance and analytics leader to drive AI-enabled forecasting, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making. This role will lead the development of scalable financial data solutions, automation initiatives, and predictive models to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered models to forecast financial metrics and network costs, enabling data-driven strategic planning.
- Automate financial reporting and reconciliation processes using advanced scripting and workflow tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with DevOps and data engineering teams to deploy scalable analytics platforms that deliver real-time financial and operational insights.
- Analyze Capex, Opex, and COGS trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize financial performance.
- Design and lead predictive modeling to assess ROI on network investments and technology upgrades, supporting executive decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze revenue trends in relation to network utilization and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities and inform pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure real-time access to accurate financial data for agile reporting and analytics.
- Develop executive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to deliver strategic insights.
- Lead governance efforts to maintain data consistency and integrity across financial systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders to support cross-functional alignment.
- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy aligned with divisional goals to drive cost efficiency, supplier innovation, and long-term value.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives by analyzing market trends and pricing models to eliminate financial leakages.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies, suppliers, and sourcing opportunities that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience designing and deploying AI/ML models for financial forecasting and cost analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ETL pipeline development and financial data engineering.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in Python, R, or SQL for financial modeling, automation, and data analysis.
- Experience automating financial processes using tools like Alteryx, UiPath, or Power Automate.
- Proven track record in cost management, market analysis, and pricing model evaluation.
- Familiarity with sourcing in the technology and network domain, including supplier innovation.
- Experience working with DevOps, data teams, and finance stakeholders to deploy analytics solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial data governance and regulatory compliance.
