Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to support the execution and stability of our Next Gen digital platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth launches, strong operational readiness, and continuous improvement across digital journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, GTM, Ops, and Partners.
  • Drive UAT, readiness checkpoints, and post-launch operational support.
  • Maintain structured operational trackers, issue logs, and RCA documentation.
  • Identify execution risks, dependencies, and process gaps early and escalate where required.
  • Support the development of SOPs, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
  • Build and maintain lightweight automation using low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Airtable).
  • Develop basic dashboards and visibility tools to improve operational insight and response times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital operations, product operations, or technical program management.
  • Experience supporting digital launches, UAT, and post-launch operations.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code automation or workflow tools.
  • Strong coordination, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
