Senior Next Gen Ops Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Specialist to support the execution and stability of our Next Gen digital platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth launches, strong operational readiness, and continuous improvement across digital journeys.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, GTM, Ops, and Partners.
- Drive UAT, readiness checkpoints, and post-launch operational support.
- Maintain structured operational trackers, issue logs, and RCA documentation.
- Identify execution risks, dependencies, and process gaps early and escalate where required.
- Support the development of SOPs, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
- Build and maintain lightweight automation using low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Airtable).
- Develop basic dashboards and visibility tools to improve operational insight and response times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital operations, product operations, or technical program management.
- Experience supporting digital launches, UAT, and post-launch operations.
- Hands-on experience with low-code automation or workflow tools.
- Strong coordination, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
