Transformation Enablement Specialist
Job Description
You will drive the department's evolution agenda by re-imagining business processes, and fostering an evolution mindset that embraces innovation, adaptability, continuous learning, and evidence-based decision-making across the organization. Working closely with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the role supports and implements learning and development, transformation and communication initiatives. The role also executes stakeholder engagement initiatives to drive the adoption of new capabilities and ways of working, enhancing employee experience and strengthening workforce agility throughout the transformation journey.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of operational processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality across Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) Department.
- Review existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and work with stakeholders to implement practical and sustainable solutions.
- Support the implementation of automation and digital initiatives that simplify workflows and improve operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the in-house Audit team to support the planning and execution of scheduled and ad-hoc audits. Help ensure processes follow internal policies, contribute to risk identification and mitigation, and maintain consistency with company standards.
- Manage internal preparation efforts for audits across Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) Department by reviewing findings, providing practical input on responses, and working with relevant teams to ensure alignment and timely approvals from management.
- Manage and facilitate active collaboration during audit fieldwork by coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles, and encouraging consistent support to meet audit requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) Department audit action items to ensure timely resolution. Engage leadership for support and approvals, helping to reduce delays and maintain compliance focus.
- Initiate and coordinate in-house audit activities within Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) Department to review process controls and highlight potential risks. Present findings with relevant leaders, help teams plan corrective actions, and follow through to ensure issues are addressed effectively.
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) Department to drive workforce capability development by identifying technical and non-technical capability gaps and implementing structured capability frameworks, learning roadmaps, and upskilling initiatives aligned with Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) Department's current and future business needs.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing by implementing learning and capability development initiatives that strengthen workforce readiness and support Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) Department's transformation.
- Drive organizational communication and stakeholder engagement by partnering with leaders to deliver clear, consistent communications that strengthen alignment, support transformation priorities, and enhance the visibility of Network Engineering & Operations (NEO) initiatives.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant working experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage different stakeholder groups
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven with strong execution capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
