Traveler & International Services Specialist
Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will support the commercial management and growth of CelcomDigi’s Global Connectivity portfolio, including roaming, travel SIMs/eSIMs, and IDD services. You will work closely with a senior product manager to drive product performance, support go-to-market execution, and ensure offerings remain competitive and commercially viable.
Responsibilities
- Support the commercial management of global connectivity products, including roaming, IDD, travel SIMs/ eSIMs and other
- Assist in defining and executing go-to-market plans, including pricing, promotions, and product positioning
- Track and analyse product performance, including take-up, usage, revenue, and ARPU against targets
- Support financial analysis, including revenue tracking, margin analysis, and cost monitoring by product
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to assess pricing, propositions, and market positioning
- Collaborate across technical & commercial cross-functional teams as part of commercial launches and ongoing optimisation
- Develop new concept proposals equipped with relevant data insights and present to management to get endorsement
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product, commercial, business analysis, or strategy roles
- Exposure to telco, digital products, subscription services, or travel-related businesses is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; confident using Excel and PowerPoint
- Good commercial judgment with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
