Job Description

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for both VAS and UDM. Plans, Coordinates and Operationalizes the requirements for both VAS and UDM Service Planning in continuously providing Core Network design, dimensioning, solutions, expansion, features, services, lifecycle management and development of new services to meet the division's strategic objectives and business product owner requirements in line with the organizational strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and operationalize all activities related to VAS service planning
  • Lead, champion and execute VAS technical solution and new idea initiatives
  • Prepare VAS Core Network CAPEX or OPEX forecasting and management
  • Analyze subscriber and traffic forecasts information provided by Technology Strategy and Architecture
  • Design and dimensioning for elements design and support in the HLD/LLD development
  • Coordinate crossfunctionally on all activities related to implementation including communications and engagement with vendor and stakeholder
  • Develop technical project deliverables and coordinate with all concerned entities to ensure efficient project implementation
  • Administer, maintain and ensure quality with configuration and utilization of assigned Core Network

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in technical fields preferably in telecommunication and mobile network domain
  • At least 5 years working experience in Network and technical division of Telecommunication Company
  • Preferably more than 4 years working under VAS Network
  • Advance and strong knowledge on 2G,3G,4G and 5G Network and on VAS elements
  • Strong in technical evaluations and assessments
  • Degree in Computer Science/Information System-IT/Telecommunication/Electrical and Electronic Engineering
