Job Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Business, Business Development Manager to strategize and execute innovative business ideas aimed at driving division sales and revenue growth. In this role, you will be accountable for identifying and driving solution sales opportunities, as well as ensuring successful acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive department/ section solution sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of objectives.
  • Engage in business development activities and provide strategic guidance as a sales advisor in Solution Sales.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to craft solution proposals, understand customer requirements, manage solution pricing, and oversee bid processes.
  • Develop and implement solution sales strategies for key verticals, leading business engagements with strategic clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, explore growth areas in solution sales, and recommend innovative product bundling strategies.
  • Manage the solution innovation portfolio, positioning new products based on verticals, opportunities, and market demands.
  • Propose solution enhancements to ensure existing products and offerings remain competitive and meet market standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders, including product teams, business units, and sales managers, to effectively design and deliver tailored solution proposals.
  • Facilitate solution sales and delivery success through seamless cross-department collaboration with Business, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Presales and Product teams, serving as a solution sales advisor to project teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Business Development and/or Presales role with strong understanding of Enterprise Business solution products and services.
  • A dynamic and engaging individual with a proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with key business clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly inquisitive, proactive, and a strong team player with a deep sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Resourceful and innovative in crafting solution sales strategies, GTM ideas and possess strong presentation skills as well as deep understanding of business case, commercials and pricing for solution projects
  • Well-versed in current ICT solution sales markets and emerging technology trends.
  • Demonstrates leadership by example and effectively collaborates with demanding stakeholders, including sales managers, product, presales, solution architects, key management team and customers.
  • Possesses expert knowledge of Telco or ISP industry with primary expertise on connectivity solutions such Internet Leased Lines, Enterprise Networks, Metro Ethernet, Private Networks and Managed Services.
  • Holds a strong ICT sales performance track record in key verticals such Telecommunications, ISP, ICT and other related industries.
  • Able to travel and support on solution sales matters across the country as when needed.
