CVM Operations Specialist
Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, the CVM Campaign Execution Specialist is responsible for translating briefs from CVM Revenue Managers into executable customer campaigns on the Campaign Management platform. This role involves designing, building, and deploying campaigns using platform tool ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution – Interpret campaign briefs from CVM Revenue Managers and develop accurate targeting workflow within the Campaign Management platform.
- Data Preparation & Validation – Extract, validate data to meet campaign targeting requirements, ensuring accuracy. Handling of data must be in compliance with data privacy guidelines.
- Campaign Deployment & QA – Configure campaign workflows, run pre-launch tests, and validate outputs to ensure correct audience targeting and messaging.
- Performance Monitoring – Track campaign execution status, troubleshoot errors, and support post-campaign reporting and analysis.
- Process Compliance – Follow established campaign governance processes, documentation standards, and approved workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience using Campaign Management platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Unica, SAS CI, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with CVM managers and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of telco customer data, CVM concepts, and campaign lifecycle is an advantage.
