Channel Planning and Coordination Specialist
Job Description
Seeking a results-driven professional with experience in channel planning and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is able to develop and execute channel strategies aligned with business objectives, analyse performance metrics to generate actionable insights, and manage communications with internal teams and external partners. Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to support campaign execution and continuously identify opportunities to improve channel efficiency and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage communication and coordination with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support campaign planning, rollout, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance channel efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in channel planning, channel operations, sales/ marketing coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and report preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in channel sales, partner management, or market development.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, and performance metrics.
- Project management experience and/or certification is an added advantage.
- Good awareness of industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
