Job Description

  • Execute and manage the end-to-end process of the Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) Forum
  • Conduct monthly review huddle, including info dissemination, with community of Risk Reviewers
  • Perform assessments as Compliance expert function on anti-bribery & anti-corruption, and prohibited business practices
  • Perform assessments using Dow Jones & LSEG World-Check due diligence screening platforms
  • Follow-up on closure of action items in Coupa CRA, stakeholder queries
  • Periodical management reporting on compliance dashboards & statistical reporting (e.g. for GRC, BGRMC, Board)
  • Oversee and manage list and process of blacklisted and sanctioned Business Partners
  • Support the development of a new third-party risk management platform to bring efficiency to third-party screenings
  • Support and develop ways of work that drive risk and compliance via integrated and automated platforms
  • Support in the coordination and development of risk and monitoring initiatives
  • Support special projects where required

 

 

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of business processes and internal controls. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Good time management skills, motivated, responsible, independent and ability to work towards meeting deadlines.
  • Skilled in the use of information systems, databases, Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word. Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in any combination of process improvements, governance, compliance, audit, finance, risk management, fraud, supply chain or similar capacity.
  • Someone who is strong in governance activities, methodical and process driven
  • Meticulous in all forms of documentation, presentation decks, reports and communications
  • Has a good flair in communicating, both verbal and written, including engagement and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong competency in problem-solving, critical thinking skills, thought process
  • Gives attention to detail, and ensuring activities are done right the first time
