Creative Activation Specialist
Job Description
The Creative Activation Specialist executes consumer campaigns and product launches by ensuring the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of marketing materials across all owned and partner channels. Reporting to the Head of Creative Activation, this role focuses on creative coordination, cross-functional execution, and partner collaboration to bring campaign ideas to life.
The role acts as a key bridge between Product, Brand, Channel Execution, Sales, and external partners, ensuring creative assets are delivered on time and aligned to campaign intent, product positioning, and channel requirements.
Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Asset Delivery
- Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing materials including POSM, web and app assets, CRM visuals, retail kits, and campaign toolkits.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet campaign timelines and execution standards across consumer and trade channels.
- Support all Consumer-initiated campaigns as well as Trade channel requests for marketing materials.
Cross Functional Coordination
- Drive cross-functional execution with Channel Execution, Product, Brand, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Engagement Ops to support campaign launches.
- Act as a bridge between Product and Channels to translate product propositions into effective marketing materials across owned channels.
Creative Development & Agency Management
- Work with external creative agencies and internal teams (Visual Design Ops / Studio / Brand) to develop communication assets.
- Coordinate creative briefs, feedback cycles, approvals, and version control to ensure smooth delivery.
Campaign and Product Positioning Support
- Take direction from squad leads and campaign owners and follow through on agreed marketing plans.
- Support shaping of product positioning and messaging through creative assets across digital, retail, and owned channels.
Partner Collaboration
- Work with external partners (e.g. device manufacturers, streaming providers) to co-create marketing materials and manage approval processes.
- Ensure partner assets align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and execution timelines.
Quality Control and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and error-free prior to deployment.
- Support post-campaign reviews by gathering feedback and execution learnings.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Creative Operations, or Campaign Execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills in a matrix environment.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and align multiple stakeholders to deliver materials on time.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong multitasking capability across multiple campaigns.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing execution (digital, retail, CRM, partnerships).
