CreativeX Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications
• Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing communications campaigns that are fully integrated across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, and live events.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and adapt compelling and effective copy for a wide range of marketing materials, such as websites, social media platforms, press releases, and email newsletters.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our design, digital, and media teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communications.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and use these insights to continuously optimize and improve future marketing communications.
Generative AI & Creative Automation
• Tool Implementation: Implement and manage cutting-edge, AI-powered content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia) to efficiently produce marketing copy, visuals, and video.
• Workflow Development: Build and optimize AI workflows to accelerate campaign asset production, including creating automated ad variations, generating social content calendars, and developing email templates.
• Prompt Engineering: Train and fine-tune AI prompts to ensure all generated content maintains our specific brand tone of voice, style guidelines, and compliance with all marketing standards.
• Creative Partnership: Partner with our creative teams to blend the best of human creativity with AI-generated concepts to achieve more innovative and higher-impact campaigns.
• Market Awareness: Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and technologies, evaluating their potential for future marketing communications strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing communications experience, either in-house or at a creative agency.
• Proven experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context, with tangible campaign examples that demonstrate their impact.
• Strong writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail, tone, and audience engagement.
• A solid understanding of social media platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of design principles and the ability to work effectively with creative assets.
