Job Description
Product GTM Specialist
Connectivity & Solutions, Enterprise Business
Role Summary

- Based within Enterprise Business, this role bridges Product Teams, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing to ensure solutions are commercially structured, market-ready, and positioned for effective adoption.
- The primary focus is disciplined commercialisation and GTM execution. Where needed, this role also supports Product Teams on productisation to ensure solutions are structured for effective market launch.
Note: Product development and product roadmap ownership sit with the Product Teams. This role owns the GTM roadmap.
Responsibilities
Commercialisation & GTM Execution (Primary)
- Develop and own commercial constructs for solutions — pricing structures, bundling, and commercial positioning that are viable and competitive.
- Define and execute GTM strategies and launch plans across LOBs.
- Build enablement materials for Product, Commercial, and Sales teams — playbooks, pitch decks, and solution narratives.
- Shape solution narratives and thought leadership content, including customer-facing assets and industry event representation to build market presence.
- Drive marketing activations and event marketing in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring consistent solution positioning across all GTM touchpoints.
- Track GTM performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements in adoption and commercial effectiveness.
- Operate across Product, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing without direct authority — driving alignment and outcomes through influence and stakeholder management.
Cross-LOB Solution Integration
- Integrate offerings across Connectivity, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, and Data & AI into cohesive, sellable solutions.
- Define cross-LOB solution bundles, use cases, and value propositions addressing enterprise customer needs.
Productisation Support (As Required)
- Support Product Teams in translating capabilities into market-ready offerings and commercial constructs.
- Drive commercial readiness and standardisation of solution structures where applicable.
Market Insights
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to surface commercialisation and GTM opportunities across LOBs.
- Provide market-driven insights to Product Teams in an advisory capacity.
Requirements
Experience
- 4–7 years of solid, hands-on experience in commercialisation and GTM — candidates must demonstrate they have owned and driven outcomes end-to-end, including navigating and clearing internal approval and governance forums, not merely been part of the process.
- Proven ability to take solutions from concept to market: commercial constructs, value propositions, offering structure, enablement materials, and adoption drive.
- Direct working experience with Product, Commercial, Sales, or Marketing teams in a Product GTM capacity.
Advantageous
- B2B enterprise environment experience; telco or technology sector background is a plus.
- Familiarity with ICT domains such as Connectivity, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, or Data & AI — strong GTM candidates without direct domain background are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Disciplined execution mindset — able to consistently drive commercialisation and GTM initiatives from planning through to measurable market outcomes.
- Strong commercialisation and GTM fundamentals — able to structure, position, and launch solutions effectively.
- Ability to develop commercial constructs and translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-facing value propositions.
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on market adoption and revenue impact.
- Effective stakeholder management across Product, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing.
- Able to drive outcomes through influence rather than authority — comfortable operating horizontally across functions without direct line control.
- Comfortable operating across both strategic direction and hands-on execution.
