Enterprise Business - Contract Management Support (Contract)
Job Description
This role is a specialized function focused on overseeing the entire lifecycle of customer agreements, from drafting and negotiation to renewal and compliance. This role aims to maximize business benefits, minimize financial risks, and strengthen customer relationship.
Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Review
- Draft, review, and manage telecommunications contracts including service agreements, NDAs, MoUs, SOWs, and order forms for Enterprise customers.
- Review contracts for completeness, commercial risk, technical scope and regulatory compliance prior to execution.
Technical & Commercial Alignment
- Ensure contract terms align with network rollout plans, service provisioning, SLAs, and approved commercial pricing models.
- Validate consistency between contractual terms, technical design, and commercial offers.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Coordinate with Network, Pre‑Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Regulatory teams to finalise contract terms and resolve gaps.
- Support Enterprise Business in customer negotiations and management of contractual deviations.
Governance & Approvals
- Manage contract approval workflows in accordance with FLOA and internal governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Maintain accurate and centralised contract documentation and records.
- Manage contract amendments relating to scope changes, pricing revisions, and service upgrades.
Dispute & Risk Management
- Provide contractual support for service issues, billing disputes, early termination matters, and claims.
- Support internal audits and regulatory reviews by providing contract records and summaries.
Reporting & Systems
- Prepare contract updates to Account Manager.
- Operate and support Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) tools.
Requirements
- This role is a 24-month under a 3rd party outsource contract.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract support, legal support, or a related role.
- Basic exposure to contract documents such as service agreements, NDAs, MoUs, SOWs, or order forms.
- Experience or familiarity with telecommunications services (e.g. Mobile, Broadband, DIA, SD‑WAN) is an advantage.
- Experience supporting contract review and execution processes, including document checks and coordination with internal teams.
- Experience assisting with contract approval workflows and internal documentation processes.
- Exposure to working with cross‑functional teams (e.g. Sales, Network, Legal, Finance) in a support capacity.
- Basic understanding of contract lifecycle processes, including execution, amendments, renewals, and termination.
- Experience using document management systems or CLMS tools is an added advantage.
- Contract & Documentation Skills - Ability to review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Attention to Detail - Strong focus on contractual terms, dates, and supporting documents.
- Communication Skills - Clear written and verbal communication for coordination and follow‑ups.
- Organisational Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Stakeholder Coordination - Ability to work effectively with internal teams.
- System & IT Skills - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; willingness to learn CLMS tools.
