Enterprise Business - Performance Management Specialist
Job Description
Responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards to drive divisional KPIs and annual revenue growth. This individual ensures performance is measured consistently and transparently by owning business-driven definitions to ensure accuracy and alignment of metrics across the divisions, in addition to delivering insights that drive performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards with relevant performance metrics that can monitor health of the business, which includes developing and maintaining automated data warehouse.
- Custodian of Enterprise business glossary for reporting; developing, updating it and aligning across division and department to ensure no conflicting definitions. Act as the single point of reference for metric clarification.
- Monitor and track all revenue and revenue drivers for all lines of business, ensuring data integrity is kept (accurate, complete, timeliness).
- Perform data sanitation from various systems to support performance management analysis within specified timeline. (for all line of business - Revenue, Churn, Port Out Port In, deep-dive subscriber analysis, etc.)
- Analyze the performance to identify areas that are performing and non-performing; analyze root cause and provide recommendation to management.
- Automating standard progress report on Tableau or CADP for efficiency.
- Frequently review key performance indicators against forecast and recommend improvements to management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other subject matter experts from Data Science and Advanced Analytics, Finance and others to develop and evolve suitable dashboards for business requirements and ensure readiness for business planning cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar role.
- Technical skills: Intermediate to proficient in SQL, working knowledge in data visualization (Tableau and/or Power BI), intermediate to advance knowledge of Excel, working knowledge in database management system.
- Data engineering, data mining and big data analytics experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate findings in easy to understand terms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good interpersonal skill to manage internal stakeholder’s expectations
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and result orientation.
- Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing business environment.
- Proactive and resourceful in driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business units.
