Enterprise Business - Solutions Manager (Enterprise Messaging)
Job Description
The role serves as the subject matter expert for the Enterprise Messaging ecosystem, covering platform, IT, and network integrations. It is responsible for designing and leading new services and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Enterprise Messaging ecosystem, covering both platform and integration with CelcomDigi’s IT and network infrastructure.
- Lead the solutioning and design of new services and enhancements within the Enterprise Messaging domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Drive end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives including change requests, service transformation, optimization, and new product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Network, and external partners) to resolve technical and service-related issues, ensuring high service availability and performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify pain points and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Lead / Participate in pre-sales activities such as bidding documentation, clarification and presentation related to messaging service.
- Oversee partner and customer onboarding, including network and application integration, and support go-live activities to ensure smooth deployment.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and performance standards.
- Monitor and manage daily operations, including grey route detection and blocking, to maintain service integrity and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT solutioning, preferably in the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of enterprise messaging platforms and services.
- Solid knowledge of telco architecture, including IT and network domains, integration protocols, and service delivery frameworks.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.
