We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Website & SEO/GEO Senior Specialist to take true ownership of the Enterprise Business website. You’ll oversee day-to-day performance and lead end-to-end website initiatives through agency partners—shaping everything from site enhancements to UI/UX improvements. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about craft, data, and outcomes, ensuring every change delivers against business goals, brand standards, and performance benchmarks. Beyond the website, you’ll own SEO strategy for the Enterprise Business, while also leading Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across other lines of business—extending into digital media and social. You’ll drive keyword and intent research, define GEO frameworks and priorities, and set clear optimisation direction aligned to how people search, discover, and decide in an AI-driven world.
Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you’ll turn strategy into clear briefs, guide execution, and review outputs—helping CelcomDigi stay visible, trusted, and discoverable across search engines, generative AI platforms, and social ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver website projects - from updates to full redesigns - managing timelines, budgets & quality standards.
- Translate business needs into clear project requirements, coordinating seamlessly with agencies and stakeholders.
- Champion best practices in UI/UX, usability, and accessibility to create engaging, customer-first experiences.
- Maintain and improve website structure, navigation, and content for performance and engagement.
- Monitor site performance with analytics tools, delivering actionable insights and regular progress reports.
- Stay ahead of competitor activity and digital trends, evolving strategies to keep CelcomDigi at the forefront.
- Ensure the Enterprise Business website builds trust and engagement through customer-first design and content.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge GEO strategies across CelcomDigi, beyond Enterprise Business, integrating insights into broader digital marketing practices.
- Lead keyword research and search intent analysis to identify optimisation opportunities across lines of business.
- Work closely with digital marketing and social team to align content and campaign planning with SEO/GEO priorities.
Requirements
- Min 8 years’ experience in website management, SEO, and digital project management.
- Proven success leading large-scale B2B websites with multiple stakeholders and complex content structures.
- Strong technical knowledge of SEO (on-page, technical, mobile-first) and emerging GEO optimization practices.
- Proficient in analytics & SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc).
- Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and content optimization for AI-driven search environments.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms; Webflow experience preferred.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with PPC/SEM and integrating paid with organic performance for holistic growth.
