Entertainment & Lifestyle Campaign Specialist

As an Entertainment & Lifestyle Campaign Specialist, you will support the execution and operations of digital campaigns across rewards, entertainment, and lifestyle categories within the CelcomDigi ecosystem.

- Detail-oriented and execution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership in managing a roadmap of campaigns across rewards, lifestyle, and entertainment categories.
- Digitally-savvy with a good understanding of digital journeys; able to support optimisation of campaign placements across app, web and social platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
- Performance-driven, comfortable in driving take up and conversions which ultimately grow revenues and user engagement.
- Familiar with consumer trends across lifestyle and entertainment pillars, sensitive with Malaysians’ seasonal demands and able to propose and execute campaigns that resonate well with segments.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and campaign deliverables efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and day-to-day management of campaigns across rewards, entertainment, and lifestyle categories, ensuring accurate setup, fulfilment, and timely launches.
- Manage operational processes including voucher setup, inventory tracking, and content refresh to ensure consistent offer availability and compelling campaign propositions.
- Optimise in-app placements (e.g. banners, listings, prioritisation) to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion across different campaign categories.
- Coordinate with merchants, content partners, and aggregators to support campaign setup and updates. Ability to leverage on partners for marketing support to drive better campaign results.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics (e.g. redemption, engagement, purchase, activation, renewal), and highlight insights or issues for optimisation.
- Monitor and manage customer service tickets related to rewards, ensuring timely resolution and coordination with relevant internal teams and partners.
- Support monthly settlement of rewards merchants invoices, verify transactions and confirm invoice amount for processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in managing campaigns with focus on customer acquisitions across digital channels like app, web, and social media.
- Strong operational and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and tracking performance metrics.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
