HR Technology Specialist
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR Technology, support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of CelcomDigi’s HR technology platforms—primarily HiHR (SAP SuccessFactors) & altHR (internally developed travel and expense system)—ensuring system accuracy, user satisfaction, and the seamless execution of digital HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day system administration and operational support of HR technology modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, Compensation and Payroll.
- Perform regular data checks to ensure system data integrity and compliance with HR standards.
- Support testing, configuration updates, and documentation during system upgrades or module enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR users and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain user manuals, SOPs, and assist with user training and onboarding on system functionalities.
- Generate and prepare HR reports using available reporting tools; support ad-hoc data requests and dashboards.
- Contribute to the success of HR digitalization initiatives by supporting process automation and digital adoption activities.
- Support project management activities for HR technology initiatives, including project tracking, status reporting, coordination of stakeholder meetings, and follow-up on action items.
- Stay current on HR system trends and provide input on potential improvements.
- Support audit and reviews.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR systems administration or HRIT support role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based HR systems is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and system configurations.
- Familiarity with reporting and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SAP report tools, Power BI).
- Ability to learn and navigate complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Behavioral Competencies
