Marcomm (Convergence, Postpaid & Fibre) Specialist
Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will help build one of Malaysia’s top telco-tech brands by shaping how millions of Malaysians perceive, choose and experience CelcomDigi’s convergence, postpaid and fibre propositions. You will drive brand clarity, campaign excellence and customer-centric storytelling across some of our highest-value portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage brand campaigns end-to-end for convergence bundles [CelcomDigi One], postpaid plans and fibre, ensuring every campaign is aligned to brand strategy, commercial priorities and customer needs.
- Translate business and product objectives into sharp, actionable briefs that guide creative, media and digital partners toward clear outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal & external parties such as creative agencies and commercial gtm/product teams to simplify offerings and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analyse campaign performance, consumer insights, competitor movements and market trends to elevate future planning.
- Support award submissions, brand governance, and ongoing brand equity tracking.
- Safeguard brand standards by ensuring messaging, visual identity and tone remain consistent across all communications.
- Contribute to strategic discussions on how convergence, postpaid and fibre brands should evolve to stay relevant in a highly competitive telco landscape.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a Business Management related subject
- Minimum 5 years experience in brand marketing / marcomm or similar role
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills with high fluency in spoken and written English and BM
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Team player & constantly wanting to push boundaries. Time and project management skills including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Adaptability to change & always embrace new ideas and processes
