Marcomm (Prepaid & Youth) Specialist
Job Description
As a MarComm (Prepaid & Youth) Specialist at CelcomDigi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated marketing communications for our prepaid and youth segments. Working closely with the Unit Head, you will drive high-impact 360° campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support core business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker and creative executor, capable of collaborating across functions—Media, Digital, Sales, Partnerships, and more - to deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. You’ll work alongside the Unit Head in creative planning, managing campaign performance, uncovering segment insights, and helping position CelcomDigi as a market leader in the prepaid and youth space.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Unit Head, Marcomm (Prepaid & Youth) in driving the core business for prepaid and youth segments
- Develop and execute 360-degree integrated marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, including Media, Social, Digital, Brand Research, CGTM, Sales, Partnerships, and Business Owners.
- Strategize messaging architecture and creative planning across various platforms while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Implement and manage integrated prepaid and youth campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
- Work closely with the Media team to develop and execute the overall media strategy, focusing on efficiency and cost optimization.
- Strengthen brand presence within each market segment, increasing brand appeal, consideration, and conversions by collaborating with Creative and Media agencies to develop compelling campaigns.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of innovative and cutting-edge marketing campaigns across various platforms, positioning the brand as a market innovator that caters to the segment’s needs.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and measure ROI to drive continuous improvements in brand appeal and audience engagement.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly competitive reviews, extracting insights to ensure market segment communications remain relevant and differentiated.
- Uncover key segment insights and developing innovative marketing and branding strategies.
- Lead discussions with senior leaders and stakeholders on campaign direction, support key strategic initiatives, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Process at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Media or equivalent

Strong brand and marketing background & experience

Good understanding of media and digital marketing

At least 5 years Brand Management or Category Management experience which include exposure in FMCG /Telco / Advertising
