Next Gen Enablement Specialist
Job Description
The Next Gen Enablement team manages middleware platforms crucial for seamless app and channel integration. By optimizing API performance and leading integrations for key systems, they provide a strong foundation for CelcomDigi digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Drive the concept, design, execution and maintenance of specific platforms (Product catalogue, Identity, Perks, API gateway and more) to support CelcomDigi customer’s experience (specifically in digitalisation/ improving the interaction between the business and our customers).
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand priorities to drive the roadmap and define requirements of these platforms .
- Drive consumer growth, retention, user activity and engagement within these platforms.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities across the CelcomDigi organisation that could be supported through the development of these platforms.
- Lead development lifecycle of these platforms including writing user stories, testing and launch readiness.
- Implement new operational policies and procedures for the new platforms and optimize these processes before handing over the operationalizing of these platforms to the relevant line of businesses.
Requirements
Experience:
- 4 - 8 years of experience in building and driving SAAS (Software As a Service) products.
Skills:
- Ability to think strategically for each step of the product lifecycle, from design to launch to distribution.
- Ability to be self-directed but also collaborative.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, manage expectations and conflicting needs of stakeholders.
Education/Certification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
