Job Description

The Next Gen Enablement team manages middleware platforms crucial for seamless app and channel integration. By optimizing API performance and leading integrations for key systems, they provide a strong foundation for CelcomDigi digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the concept, design, execution and maintenance of specific platforms (Product catalogue, Identity, Perks, API gateway and more) to support CelcomDigi customer’s experience (specifically in digitalisation/ improving the interaction between the business and our customers).
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand priorities to drive the roadmap and define requirements of these platforms .
  • Drive consumer growth, retention, user activity and engagement within these platforms.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities across the CelcomDigi organisation that could be supported through the development of these platforms.
  • Lead development lifecycle of these platforms including writing user stories, testing and launch readiness.
  • Implement new operational policies and procedures for the new platforms and optimize these processes before handing over the operationalizing of these platforms to the relevant line of businesses.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in building and driving SAAS (Software As a Service) products.

 

Skills:

  • Ability to think strategically for each step of the product lifecycle, from design to launch to distribution.
  • Ability to be self-directed but also collaborative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate   discussions, manage expectations and conflicting needs of stakeholders.

 

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
