Next Gen Martech Specialist
Job Description
Support the execution and optimisation of in-app retention, engagement, and customer experience initiatives for an app-first telco business. Learn and apply martech, lifecycle, and experimentation best practices to drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities

Execute in-app journeys and lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, usage, upsell, renewal, and retention use cases.

Support experimentation and personalisation initiatives across in-app, push, and CRM channels.

Assist in campaign setup, QA, and deployment to ensure accuracy, consistency, and smooth execution.

Support the rollout and adoption of new martech capabilities, tools, and features.

Continuously learn new martech capabilities, tools, and best practices.
Marketing Channel Fundamentals

Apply marketing fundamentals across in-app, push, messaging, and CRM channels.

Ensure messaging, timing, and targeting are aligned with the intended customer journey and business objective.

Support coordination of campaigns to avoid customer fatigue and ensure a consistent app experience.
Analytics Measurement

Track performance of in-app journeys and campaigns against defined success metrics.

Support the definition and maintenance of lifecycle funnels and basic reporting.

Use dashboards and reports to identify trends, issues, and optimisation opportunities.

Assist in test analysis and documentation of learnings to inform future improvements.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience with platforms such as Braze, Firebase, GA, or similar tools is a plus but not required.

Strong interest in in-app experiences, customer journeys, and experimentation.

Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Curious, coachable, and eager to build deeper martech and lifecycle expertise.
