PROCUREMENT SYSTEM & TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST
Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will drive organizational change by redefining Procurement processes, implementing new technologies, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and development of Procurement Digital Transformation initiatives
- Manage stakeholder engagement across Procurement, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives and sustained business value
- Co-lead to drive the overall Procurement Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment of systems, processes, and data with Procurement and organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to digitize, automate, enhancement of current system/tool and optimize end-to-end Procurement processes, reducing manual intervention and improving cycle times.
- Lead the development of advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, leveraging analytic tools to support strategic decision-making (e.g. spend analytics, savings tracking, performance KPIs).
- Foster a digital-first mindset within the Procurement function through change management, user enablement, and training programs to maximize adoption of new tools and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement, IT systems, digital transformation, with strong experience in driving strategic projects and transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa); experience in Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate is an added advantage
- Understanding in AI systems (i.e. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity – Lvl 1 to Lvl 3 “Reactive Prompting, Workflows and Autonomous Agents”)
- Proven track record in driving digital tool adoption, system implementation, or process automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
