Product Management Specialist - ICT Solutions (GTM & Integration)
Role Summary
- Responsible for driving the commercialisation, go-to-market (GTM), and cross-Lines of Business (LOB) integration of ICT solutions across multiple domains (Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, and AI) to external B2B customers.
- This role acts as a bridge between Business Units, Product Engineering, Sales, Business Development (BD), and Marketing, ensuring solutions are market-ready, commercially structured, and aligned to business priorities.
- The role requires the ability to take initial direction and shape concepts into practical, executable offerings, with a willingness to step into an end-to-end capacity including operational matters when needed.
Note: This role does not own product development, engineering, or product roadmap.
Responsibilities
Product Commercialisation & Productisation
- Work with Business Units to translate capabilities into market-ready offerings and solution constructs.
- Define solution bundles, use cases, and value propositions across LOBs.
- Drive productisation and commercial readiness, including standardisation where applicable and relevant.
Cross-LOB Solution Integration
- Integrate multiple LOB offerings into cohesive, sellable solutions.
- Structure offerings to support scalability, repeatability, and ease of adoption.
Go-To-Market (GTM) & Sales/BD Enablement
- Define and execute GTM strategies and launch plans.
- Develop sales and BD enablement materials, including playbooks, pitch decks, and solution narratives.
- Work closely with Sales, BD, and Marketing to ensure consistent positioning and effective market communication.
Market Insights & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Identify opportunities for new solution bundles or enhancements across LOBs.
- Provide market-driven insights to Business Units (advisory role).
Commercial & Business Alignment
- Align GTM initiatives with portfolio priorities and revenue objectives.
- Support development of business cases for integrated solutions.
- Track performance and identify gaps to improve adoption and commercial effectiveness.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work across Business Units, Product Engineering, Sales, BD, and Marketing.
- Act as the commercial integrator across technology domains.
Requirements
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in product management, solution packaging, and commercialisation of ICT offerings.
- Exposure to go-to-market, commercialisation, and sales enablement in a B2B environment.
- Background in Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, AI, or similar ICT domains.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of GTM and commercialisation in B2B ICT.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing solutions.
- Ability to integrate multiple technology domains into cohesive offerings.
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on market adoption and business impact.
- Good stakeholder management across technical, sales, and business teams.
- Willingness to be hands-on and operate across both strategic and operational tasks.
