Job Description

The People Support Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR operational support through a shared services model. The role serves as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related matters especially on data management record, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, compliance with policies, and high-quality people services throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records in SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and audit compliance.

  • Support end-to-end (system) employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding.

  • Prepare and issue HR documentation such as salary adjustment, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and employee movement letters, and etc.

  • Process HR transactions in accordance with SLAs, policies, and internal controls.

  • Support payroll inputs by ensuring timely and accurate submission of payroll advise.

  • Handle benefits administration including enrollment, updates, and employee queries.

  • Respond to HR Ops queries via altHR

  • Support HR audits by providing accurate data, documentation, and system reports when required.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve complex cases.

  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and continuously drive operational improvements.

Requirements

  •  This role is a 2-year contract under a third-party outsource contract.  
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or People Services.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (Employee Central or equivalent module).
  • Strong command of Excel for HR data processing and analysis.
  • Exposure to HR platforms such as altHR, FUSE, ITSM, or similar.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced HR operations or shared services team.
  • Knowledge of local statutory requirements, payroll processes, and HR compliance.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
