Prepaid CVM Specialist
Job Description
The Prepaid CVM unit focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value within the Prepaid segment. This role is responsible for designing and executing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and incremental revenue through targeted up-sell and cross-sell strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, identify opportunities, and collaborate with CVM Ops and other teams to ensure campaigns are effectively implemented and optimized for impact.
Responsibilities
- Contribute towards delivering the company’s Prepaid Revenue KPI by encouraging customers to increase spend
- Ideation of campaigns/ solutions to meet market demands and customer expectations
- Drive execution of BTL campaigns in a timely and accurate manner and generate insights on how to continuously improve effectiveness
- Manage base management activities to increase total Prepaid ARPU and lifetime value
- Co-create and improvise the BTL campaign frameworks to meet business objectives
- Analyse data on customer patterns with a view to identify opportunities to serve customer and market needs.
- Preparation of concept proposals and business cases (Back of the Envelope) and presenting the concepts at the relevant approval forum
- Justify and communicate concepts with strategic approach, opportunity sizing, customer benefits and financial returns.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a commercially oriented role or other business/ analytics related roles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively
- Comfortable working in a team with commercial targets and KPIs. Able to work independently to achieve targets and KPIS.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, issues and solutions.
- Have some experience with B2C campaign mechanics and Telco channels e.g. SMS, EDM, App, UMB etc.
- Solid verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to present campaign concepts, mechanics and programs as well as encourage and influence cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and initiatives.
- Bachelor Degree and/or Professional Qualifications in the related field
