Product Specialist (Digital Safety & Security)
Job Description
Responsible for the growth and profitability of digital safety services, including antivirus, anti-scam and identity theft protection solutions. This role focuses on strengthening customer trust while driving strategic business growth and subscriber engagement.
Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership : Own the profitability of Digital Safety and Protection services by tracking performance metrics, managing budgets, and achieving financial targets
- Customer Engagement : Promote activation and consistent usage of safety products, ensuring seamless integration into customers’ lives
- Issue Resolution : Oversee customer escalations, improving resolution times and reducing complaint volumes
- Service Innovation : Identify emerging threats and introduce cutting-edge offerings to maintain a robust portfolio of safety services
- Strategic Partnership : Build and sustain relationships with security solution providers to deliver premium services
- Market Execution : Execute impactful GTM campaigns, leveraging partnerships and promotions to drive adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, technology or a related field;
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in product management, business, marketing or partnership roles
- Proven track record to generate revenue through partnerships
- Experience in business roles with high pressure and revenue KPIs
- Strong background collaborating with external partnes, technology, finance and marketing team
