Job Description

Design and implement enterprise cloud solutions aligned with best practices, compliance, and customer goals. Lead architecture reviews, optimize costs, support modernization, and collaborate across teams while maintaining documentation and staying current with evolving cloud technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect enterprise-grade cloud solutions and frameworks that align with customer objectives, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement cloud landing zones using native frameworks from leading cloud providers.
  • Lead and facilitate well-architected framework reviews to assess customer environments, identify gaps, and recommend remediation plans across pillars such as security, operational excellence, performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Incorporate cost optimization strategies into solution design, including resource right-sizing, architectural efficiency, and workload-based recommendations.
  • Deliver structured and impactful presentations that communicate the technical deep dives and business rationale behind proposed solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, implementation guides, and operational models.
  • Engage with internal teams and customer stakeholders across engineering, security, DevOps, and finance to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
  • Support modernization initiatives involving cloud security, AI/ML adoption, and application transformation (e.g., containerization, serverless, microservices).
  • Stay current with evolving cloud technologies, vendor offerings, and architecture frameworks to ensure innovative, future-ready solutions. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or engineering, with a minimum of 3 years focused on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proven experience designing and implementing cloud landing zones and enterprise-scale cloud foundations.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct well-architected reviews and translate findings into practical remediation actions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud cost management, optimization techniques, and FinOps principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in authoring detailed and professional technical documentation
