Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage delivery of services/solutions/products across all TechCo lines of business(Cloud, Cybersecurity, Fiber, 5G/ IoT/ AI) to ensure timely and quality delivery to the customers​
  • Facilitate cross-functional, cross lines of business collaborations required for project delivery​
  • Align project delivery with product practices and operational goals​
  • Manage multiple large-scale cross lines of business projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations​
  • Drive governance processes with regular project health reporting​
  • Drive issue resolution and mitigate risks proactively​
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring projects are within budget​
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, transparency and solution-oriented engagement
  • Collaborate with vendors, and cross-functional/cross lines of business internal teams to meet SLAs ​
  • Establish project/program governance structures, reporting cadence and performance tracking mechanism, aligning to the project management frameworks and methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, industry standards, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • >10 years experience in project/ program management, with strong focus on technology/IT​
  • Degree/Advanced degree in relevant field (IT, Engineering, Business)​
  • Certification in PfMP/ PgMP/ PRINCE2/ ITIL is mandatory
  • Experience in IT service delivery and operations in a complex environment​
  • Proven track record in large-scale project or program management​
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resource planning
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong focus on service quality and customer outcomes
  • Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity ad fast-paced delivery environments
  • Strong leadership, influencing and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders​
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, MS Project, or other project management tools​
  • Experience in risk and issue management
