SPECIALIST - STRATEGY & PROJECT REALIZATION
Job Description
This is a 3rd Party 12months contract role
This role manages and supports the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives and projects of USP projects. The role bridges technical knowledge with project delivery requirements to ensure successful implementation aligned with organizational goals.
Principle Accountabilities
- Manage the development and execution of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise in project planning, design, and implementation phases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing project documentation including business cases, technical specifications, and progress reports.
- Responsibility in project coordination and tracking to ensure all the project’s milestone and goals are all achieved within the stipulated cost, time and quality.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
- Support coordination between internal teams in Network, Finance, Legal and external parties (GOP, contractors, consultant and MCMC).
- Assist in analyzing situational issues and engagement with subject matter expert for problems resolution
- Provides assist in updating management on status and resolution.
- Improves the quality, time and cost by streamlining and chartering the divisional activities and efforts.
- Ensure all submissions comply with regulatory and contractual requirements with proper documentation.
- Provides support with coordination with Finance and relevant parties on claim submissions, LD tracking, cost exposure and TSD submission
- Assist in preparation and consolidation of tender and clawbacks submissions to MCMC.

Requirements
Qualification, Skills & Knowledge
- Possess tertiary qualifications and 3 years’ working experience in Technology / Network environment
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Working with multiple stakeholders and sponsors
- Good planning, execution and quality oriented skills.
- Possess strong teamwork ability.
- Analytical, conceptual and innovative thinking.
- Project management knowledge and ability to deliver results through cross functional teams.
- Computer literacy and moderate knowledge in common computer applications.
