Senior Convergence Management Specialist
Job Description
The Convergence Products team manages Home Fibre bundled with Postpaid and Prepaid products, standalone Home Fibre, and Fixed Wireless Access. They hold PandL accountability, drive product innovation, and align with governance frameworks established by the Product Management and Strategy team.
Responsibilities
- Product Portfolio Management: Oversee Convergence offerings, including Home Fibre, Fixed Wireless Access, and bundled plans. Ensure competitive positioning and customer alignment.
- PandL Accountability: Drive revenue and profitability, aligning pricing and cost strategies with overall business goals.
- Market and Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and market trends to refine products and address gaps effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Prepaid, Postpaid, and other core teams to ensure cohesive product integration. Seek alignment with governance frameworks from Product Management and Strategy.
- Product Innovation: Partner with Tech GTM to introduce new capabilities and enhance bundled offerings. Ensure readiness for seamless product launches.
- Operational Consistency: Streamline processes for efficient product delivery and maintain SOPs to support fast time-to-market.
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in a customer-facing role or commercially oriented function.
- Strong interpersonal skills with drive / persistence / patience to deliver.
- Some experience with billing systems / project management / marketing communications will be advantageous.
