As a DOB Senior Specialist – Merchant Onboarding & Marketplace Growth, you will lead partnership growth and marketplace expansion—bringing high-value services and effortless digital experiences to our customers.

You are: (personality/competencies, etc.)

  • The Portfolio Builder, passionate about identifying and securing high-potential digital partners to enrich the CD DOB marketplace.
  • A Digital Native who understands how to optimize in-app storefronts to drive one-click purchase journeys.
  • A Relationship Manager focused on partner/merchant success and long-term DOB ecosystem health.
  • Agile and Scrappy, capable of accelerating onboarding processes to bring new services to market faster than competitors.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner/Merchant Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new digital merchants, ensuring high velocity from contract signing to go-live.
  • Scout and secure anchor partners and long-tail merchants (gaming, productivity, lifestyle) to diversify the billing portfolio for partner growth
  • Own the digital marketplace UI/UX within the app/web, ensuring purchase options are prominent, frictionless, and jargon-free.
  • Partner Success: Act as the primary interface for aggregators and merchants, ensuring their integration and performance meet CD's quality standards.
  • Growth Campaigns: Coordinate tactical offers and campaigns to boost transaction volume across the DOB marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketplace management, digital partnerships, or merchant onboarding.
  • Proven track record of managing third-party aggregators (e.g., Boku, Forest, TLX).
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaign timelines simultaneously.
  • A "Founder" mindset—comfortable building a portfolio with minimal resources and high accountability.
