Job Description
The Prepaid Products team manages the full range of Prepaid offerings for Malaysian and migrant segments, driving profitability, innovation, and customer engagement. They align with governance frameworks from the Product Management and Strategy team and collaborate with core product teams to ensure cohesion.
Responsibilities
- Ideation of products/ services/ offers/ solutions to meet market demands and customer expectations.
- This role requires taking some initial direction, and then shaping concepts ahead of time to meet the GTM calendar timeline. Also requires willingness to step into an end-to-end role when needed, and not afraid of getting into actual operational matters.
- Analyze data on customer patterns with a view to identify opportunities to serve customer and market needs.
- Assess market environment and competitor movements, and identify risks and opportunities for the business. This includes on-ground visits.
- Preparation of concept proposals and business cases (Back of the Envelope) and presenting the concepts at the relevant approval forums.
- Justify and communicate concepts with strategic approach, opportunity sizing, customer benefits and financial returns.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Consumer Go-to-Market teams to bring propositions to market.
- Track and analyze performance against user/ revenue/ profitability ambitions/ targets.
Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or any related field.
- 5-8 years relevant experience in commercial product management role.
- Demonstrable experience in product strategy, management and execution functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with drive/ persistence/ patience to deliver.
- Some experience with billing systems/ project management/ marketing communications will be advantageous.
